There has been a lot going on these past few weeks.  With the recent departure of my life long assistant Jordan (okay she was only with me 5 years but it fees like forever because she was/is AMAZING), I realized it was time that I take my own advice and got some help! Organized in a Box is expanding in new and fun ways and I have some very exciting projects in the works. I am currently looking for two energetic people to join my team that want to grow with OIAB and beyond.

Both positions are part-time, ranging from 10-15 hours a week with the possibility of more hours based on growth and performance. You must have your own car, computer or laptop and be based in the Washington, DC area.

I'm looking to fill the following two  positions:


Duties include:

  • Daily administrative tasks (emails and other correspondence, scheduling, sourcing, etc.)
  • General office organization and research (includes organizing and cataloging of OIAB product materials, client materials and daily office needs)
  • Organization and execution of social media
  • And more..


  • Excellent organizational interpersonal skills (You are working for an organizing expert!)
  • Resourceful, strong multitasker, punctual, excellent attention to detail, and exemplary work ethic
  • Excellent grammar
  • Consistent availability
  • Strong working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Working knowledge of Wordpress and social media accounts a plus


Duties include:

  • Working hands on at client's homes, offices or business
  • Creative brainstorming, ideation, and product recommendations for clients
  • And much more..


  •  A love of organization, helping others, organization products, home decor, and/or DIY (at least two of the five)
  • Great listening and helping skills (your friends say you can make anything!), creative thinker, and crafty
  • Resourceful, strong multitasker, organized, punctual, excellent attention to detail, and exemplary work ethic
  • Consistent availability
  • Experience working in a client based business or online business a plus
