The role of onsite organizer is to support Rachel and Company senior organizers on client projects including professional home organizing, home moves, and closet design.

Job Details:

  • Support organizing team to execute plans on all projects related to home organizing, home moves, and closet design
  • Assist Senior Associates in measuring, product selection, and project documentation (i.e. in-process recaps and Before/After shots)
  • Manage product pickup and returns for home organization projects
  • Coordinate donation and consignment drop offs/pickups


  • Strong interest in organizing and design (it’s kind of our thing!)*
  • Professional in appearance and conduct
  • Energetic, punctual, excellent attention to detail (we are a fun group of type A personalities!)
  • Able to take direction and work in a team environment
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and hardworking
  • A positive, “can-do” attitude is a MUST
  • Must have a car, auto insurance, and be able to work in the DC Metro area
  • Must have consistent weekday availability
  • Must be able to complete able to work from Bethesda office on occasion  
  • Must be able to work on your feet for several hours in a fast-paced environment

*Note: Previous organizing experience is not required, but our organizers create solutions that take our client’s style and gives it the Rachel and Company aesthetic. This is a collaborative environment and being open to direction and luxury industry expectations are a must.


The role of the junior associate includes drafting online content, assisting with the content creation and management of social media accounts, running project errands, and more (trust us--we have more than enough to keep you busy!).

  • Experience with social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) required

The Commitment:

The internship is paid and part-time, ranging from 10-15 hours per week, with the possibility for more hours based on Rachel and Company's workload and intern’s performance. Consistent availability during the week is required. This position is remote with the exception of a couple of in-person team meetings from the Bethesda office.
